Anchor the superband around a stable fixture slightly below hip height. While facing away from the anchor, step the leg you are mobilizing into the loop and pull the band up near your hip flexors.
Take a step forward with the leg wrapped in the superband and hinge forward at the hip. Maintain a neutral spine and allow the superband to pull your femur backwards.
As the superband pulls your femur backward, reach forward while you keep both legs as straight as possible. Oscillate in and out of end range until you experience a positive change.
