HAMSTRING CONTRACT AND RELAX
Lie down on your back and anchor the superband around your midfoot. Keep your leg straight and pull your leg towards your body.
With tension on the superband, contract your hamstring against the resistance of the band and hold it for 10 seconds.
Release your muscle engagement and pull on the superband to lengthen the hamstring. Hold this stretch for 15 seconds. Repeat this exercise until you experience a positive change.
