Summer Camp Registration
Anchor the superband around a stable fixture at ankle height. While facing away from the anchor, step the foot you are mobilizing into the loop and place the band at the top of the ankle.
Take a step forward with the leg wrapped in the superband and drop the back knee of the opposite leg to the floor. Maintain a tall torso and allow the superband to pull your ankle joint backwards.
As the superband pulls your ankle joint backwards, drive your knee forward past your toes. Oscillate in and out of end range until you experience a positive change.
