ANTERIOR HIP DISTRACTION
Anchor the superband around a stable fixture slightly below hip height. While facing the anchor, step the leg you are mobilizing into the loop and pull the band up beneath the glute.
Take a step back with the leg wrapped in the superband and drop that knee to the floor. Maintain a tall torso and allow the superband to pull your femur forward.
As the superband pulls your femur forward, engage your glute and raise your arm in the same side. Extend up and reach over your body. Oscillate in and out of end range until you experience a positive change.
